Automatic Renewal Service Agreement

This Agreement is an agreement between Ctronics Pro account and Shenzhen C-tronics Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") regarding the use of the cloud storage automatic renewal service provided by Ctronics Pro (hereinafter referred to as "this automatic renewal service"). This Agreement describes the use of this service and related rights and obligations between the Company and the Ctronics Pro account.

Clicking on the subscription, activation and use is deemed to be your agreement to this Agreement.

You understand and agree:

1 If you activate this automatic renewal service through Apple's Apple ID and do not actively and clearly cancel this automatic renewal service during the subscription period, Apple will automatically deduct the service fee for the next subscription period from the balance of the Apple ID account bound to you when you activated this automatic renewal service 24 hours before the expiration of each subscription period, thereby extending the validity period of the cloud storage corresponding to the subscription period (specific details are subject to Apple's actual deduction rules).

If you activate this automatic renewal service through Google and do not actively and clearly cancel this automatic renewal service during the subscription period, Google will automatically deduct the service fee for the next subscription period from the payment method of the Google account bound to you when you activated this automatic renewal service every month, thereby extending the validity period of the cloud storage corresponding to the subscription period.
You should pay attention to the above account and the balance that can be deducted. If the renewal fails due to account problems or insufficient balance, the risks and/or losses will be borne by you.

2 To facilitate your understanding of the automatic renewal situation, Google or Apple will notify you before deduction 5 days in advance by [internal letter, message push or email], please pay attention to receive it. It is necessary to remind you to pay special attention to the characteristics of the automatic renewal service. If you do not clearly cancel the automatic renewal service during the subscription period, Google or Apple will issue a deduction instruction for the next subscription period to the relevant entity based on your entrustment. In principle, the fees deducted based on this instruction will not be refunded. A single automatic renewal order only corresponds to one camera device and Ctronics Pro account. If you change the account, you need to cancel the old account subscription and re-activate it.

3 Subscription period: 1 month (subject to the subscription page), you can choose it yourself.

4 You confirm and agree that the company has the right to adjust the service price or stop providing automatic renewal service. If the company intends to adjust the service price when you activate the automatic renewal service, the company will notify you in advance in an appropriate manner (including but not limited to site announcements, emails, etc.). If you do not agree to the service price adjustment, you can cancel the automatic renewal service in accordance with this agreement; if you do not cancel this automatic renewal service, the subsequent deduction fees by Google or Apple will be based on the adjusted service fees; if you cancel within 24 hours before the expiration of the subscription period, Google or Apple may stop the deduction service after deducting the service fee for the next subscription period from the service fee after the call. After the cancellation of this automatic renewal service, if you activate the automatic renewal service again, the service fee automatically deducted by Google or Apple will be based on the service fee displayed on the page at that time.

5 The method of canceling the automatic renewal service is as follows:

(1) Apple in-app IAP (in-app purchase) payment
iOS12 and above: Open the Apple iOS device "App Store" -> click the Apple account avatar in the upper right corner -> enter "Account" -> click "Subscription" -> select "Ctronics Pro" and cancel the subscription;
iOS12 and below: Open the Apple iOS device "Settings" -> enter "iTunes Store and App Store" -> click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscription", select "Ctronics Pro", and cancel the subscription.

(2) Google Pay
Within the first two hours after purchase
The easiest and fastest way to return the application is within the first two hours after purchase. You can enter Play Store > Account > Order History and click "Get Refund". If you purchase again after returning the product, you will not be able to get a second refund. Within these two hours, you will always automatically get our refund and cancel the purchase.
Refunds within 48 hours of purchase
If you don't request a refund within the first two hours of purchase, you won't be able to get a refund through the Google Play Store app. You must do this from the web version of Google Play, access your order history: https://play.google.com/store/accountRefunds or the online form as if the app purchase was an integrated purchase. You can only use this method within the first 48 hours after purchase. Although Google should communicate its decision within 15 minutes, it may take up to two business days. Within 48 hours, you will usually receive a refund from us. It's rare that Google won't accept a refund from us, but it can happen.
More than 48 hours after purchase
If you don't request a refund within 48 hours of purchase, Google will inform us that there's really nothing they can do - you'll have to contact the main developer of the app. From this point on, he/she will decide whether you qualify for a refund. However, you can always try to request a refund directly from Google Play, following the previous steps to get your money back from Google Play.

6 The Company may also stop providing you with automatic renewal services based on operational strategy needs, and your Ctronics Pro account service period will end on the date when the current service period expires.
